Beta legal & trust
Terms of Service
Effective 22 September 2026
GetLookAtMe is an early Beta service. These concise terms set expectations for Beta use and are not a substitute for formal legal review before a wider commercial launch.
Your account and content
You are responsible for your account activity and for ensuring that CVs, photos, profile information, links, and other content you upload are accurate, lawful, and yours to use. Keep your sign-in details secure.
AI-generated content and accuracy
CV mapping, Avatar generation, embeddings, and profile answers use AI systems. AI output can be incomplete, misleading, or inaccurate. You must review your profile before publishing and should not treat an AI answer as authoritative professional, legal, financial, or other advice. Recruiters should verify important claims directly with the profile owner.
Publishing responsibility
Profiles begin as drafts. By publishing, you choose to make the reviewed profile and active generated Avatar publicly accessible through the profile URL and to allow public AI questions when that profile capability is ready. You are responsible for removing sensitive or confidential information before publishing and may unpublish through the product.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to impersonate others; upload content without permission; violate privacy, intellectual-property, or other rights; distribute malware; probe or bypass access controls or usage limits; generate unlawful or abusive material; or disrupt the service. Automated scraping or excessive traffic that interferes with the Beta is not permitted.
Beta availability and changes
The service is functional but early. Features, limits, providers, and availability may change, and the service may be interrupted or contain defects. We may suspend access to protect users, providers, or the service, or end the Beta. Do not rely on the Beta as your only copy of important professional information or media.
Account termination and deletion
You may stop using the service at any time and may request account and associated-data deletion using the dashboard feedback entry point or the contact route provided with your Beta invitation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or create material risk. See the Privacy Policy for current deletion and retention guidance.
Plans and payments
Free, Pro, and Max plans may appear in the product. When you choose a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe Checkout. Your internal plan updates after Stripe confirms the subscription. Cancellation and payment-method changes are handled in the Stripe Customer Portal. See the Refunds & cancellation page for current refund wording.
